We make every effort to ship the items in stock within 72 hours of the order being confirmed.

For unavailable products, allow approximately 45 days.

For packages to France, the standard shipping method is Colissimo without signature or Chronopost.

For parcels sent abroad and overseas territories, the standard shipping method is Colissimo against signature or more likely Express Parcel Shipment (UPS, TNT, FEDEX or DHL…).

As soon as the package is shipped out, we provide a link that lets you track your package online.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement, without having to specify the reason, within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days starting from the day in which you or a third party, different from the transporter and nominated by you, acquires the possession of the relevant products.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be unused (this includes washing) with the original packaging to ensure a safe shipping back to us.
