Just as a coffee refreshes and renews the mind, the Cherry Blossom is a symbol of renewal, and this representation of new beginnings is emulated on the spoon, with new blossoms sprouting intermittently along the handle in a naturally erratic pattern. The barely noticeable bowl of the spoon allows the focus to remain upon the beauty of the blossoms as you stir your espresso.
